Also make sure that you know where you stand in terms of warranties and guarantees. You should also determine whether or not you’ll be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Having said that; many retail outlets do of course have websites, and if you can find your console of choice online, then it is possible to have it shipped directly to the store, which of course means that you then won’t need to worry about any shipping charges. Above all, if you follow this route, you’ll also have the advantage in that it is easy for you to contact a company representative should anything go wrong further down the line, rather than spending hours on the phone trying to explain the problem. Also, if something does go wrong, it will be a lot easier for you to return the console, considering you won’t need to ship it anywhere.
