Whenever two men are trying to win the heart of one girl there is always a duel. Jacob and Edward are the classic rivals of this. Throughout the Twilight Saga, Bella seems to switch between the two of them, although her heart always belongs to Edward. As the Twilight movies have hit the theaters there has been a dramatic change in the sales of Twilight lifesize standups.

When the first twilight movie came out every girl was head over heels for Edward. In this movie Edward is the perfect vampire and Jacob is just your average teenage boy with long hair. So the competition between the two was barley fair. However when New Moon came out the playing field became a little more even. Jacob had evened the playing field with his big muscles and stunning features. Now girls hearts were switching to Jacobs side.

Just like in the movies there has been a huge change with the sales of Edward and Jacob’s lifesize standup sales. Edward first they couldn’t keep enough of Edward on the shelf. He flew out the door as soon as they came in. However, when New Moon came out the sales between the two rivals began to even out. Everyone stated to ask if you were team Jacob or team Edward. Could it be that many of the hearts that belonged to Edward are shifting over to team Jacob?

I think Bella has a big part to do with how the sales have changed. In New Moon we see how Jacob can comfort her and that won the heart of many of the girls on team Jacob. It will be fun to see how then sales keep changing as each Twilight movie comes out.

My prediction is that they will eventually switch back to Edward, especially as Jacob’s jealousy grows. The focus will once again turn from Jacob to Edward, and the sales in Twilight lifesize standups will reflect those changes. However, it is also very possible that Jacob’s muscles prevail despite the movie’s plot.
