« Tit for Tat: Buy or no buy? Looking for a Great Movie: Slumdog Millionaire comes out soon »
A hobby is something that we enjoy and love to do this is something that we can profit from. But this alone will not made work we need to help it out by displaying our product in a craft show. For beginners it is helpful to know what the dos and donts are.
The first few days in your making your small business successful will be more of an experiment when there are more trial and errors. So with this thought it is better to invest in small amounts. Big investments will give us a hard time to break even in the end and this will create a bigger disappointment if we have a big investment
To save on your investments, it is advisable to find a craft show within your area. Having a crafts show near or within your areas lessens your gas expenses. Having the craft show near by will also save you time going from one place to another.
Do a lot of research about the craft show that you are planning to attend to. Inquire about their track record if the craft show already has a history. If not then inquire on how they plan to over come challenges in promoting their first time craft show. You can also visit some of their craft show just to see the flow of customer and vendors.
Once you have decided on which craft show you want to attend to, it is now good to plan out what you will need. It is never good to assume that the event organizers will know what you need and have this prepared for you. In most craft shows they will let you know how much a space is and materials you will get like a table and two chairs. Everything else you will need to provide on your own.
