There will be a Taste of the Town Art and Crafts Festival on April 18 and April 19, 2009. The location of the festival will be scattered among the specialty shops at 1325 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach, Sc, SC 29577. This is a juried fine arts and craft show that will be held outdoors without a cover.

There will also be other activities besides the arts and crafts being displayed. All over the festival area there will be stages put up for live entertainment. There will be mimes walking around as well as jugglers, walking on stilts and barber shop quartets.

On April 18 the festival will start from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. then on April 19 it will start from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The vendors will be able to set up their booths on April 17 from 4:00 P.M. until evening then again on April 18 from 7:00 A.M. until the festival will officially open.

There will be a free admission and the parking spaces will also be free. Visitors designated parking is will be at the shopping center facility. For the vendors there will be about 13 parking spaces located outside the shopping center facility. Only at the day time will the RV be allowed to park at the shopping center facility. For overnight parking it will have to be done at the camp area located 5 miles away.

There will be electricity provided for the vendors by the promoters without any additional charges but the promoters will not be able to provide for the water. Modern restrooms will be located within the shopping center facility. Tables and chairs will not be provided for by the promoters. Vendors are advised to bring their own tables and chairs.

Taste of the Town Art and Crafts Festival is a juried craft show therefore vendors who wish to attend this festival will need to submit a signed application with pictures or slides of the items to be sold. The space fee for the vendors will be $150.00
