Alabama may sound kinda boring to some people. But it is actually chock slew of different and varied festivals that you’d never imagine anyone could fit so many in one year. Alabamans know this fact and they sure are heck proud of it. The biggest attraction to boot is the Mardi Gras, an international festival of color, fun, dance and music. Did you know that it actually started in Alabama and not in New Orleans? The festival is slated right after Easter, which is a good time to get people hyped up for happy times and dancing. Mardi Gras is visited by people around the state, and is a good opportunity for you to get to know the state more and more. There are balls, and street dancing, and floats and food booths (cant live without them). Cuisine from varied regions culminate in this arena of festivities.

Cheese, as hardy and tough as it seems to be, is still food. It is delicate. It needs its own space, and it needs its own ways of caring for it, storing it and serving it. She did her booth simple, but unique and in the theme. Unlike most of the others who had settled to blinging their booths so much that all it needed was a disco ball, she had a simple tablecloth of white to contrast the different colors, and had set her business corner in the side to allow the customers to roam around and choose from the many different bracelets she had made.

She was also very quiet, but would answer when asked. Customers don’t like naggy salesperson, and often times; it is rather counterproductive and scares the customer away (the irony of it). Be casual, but avoid familiarity as well.

In planning for a buffet festival, the usual steps in taking a course of action for the planned event should be the same with everything else: a step by step procedure. not to mention that there should be a leader of some sort in order for the whole event to pass off without a hitch or a hassle.

Employ a general manager to over see everything regarding the festival. Involvements, finances, problems and solutions should all be known by the manager and should be seen and intervened. The manager, manages all the elements of the festival, so no detail must be left behind, or anything else mustn’t surprise him.
