The Tomorrow When the War Began movie is based mostly on the book of the identical name, penned by well-known Australian author, John Marsden. This book has sold over 2 million copies in Australia and New Zealand and has a substantial fan base of mostly teenage readers. The book has now been adapted for the big screen by script writer Stuart Beattie, who also wrote the screenplays for the “Pirates of The Caribbean; Curse of The Black Pearl”, and “Australia” among other films. The studios released the Ryan Reynolds branded,thriller flick named “Buried” into movie theaters a few months ago. I finally checked it out last night,and totally agree with the top movie critics’ positive assessment of the film.

In my opinion the film featured a very unique storyline with tons of drama. However, I think I caught a case of claustrophobia by watching it and imagining if I was buried alive in a coffin. It stars: Ryan Reynolds and Jose Maria Yazpik.

Screen Gems recently came out with a new comedy/action flick titled “Easy A” into theaters a while back. I finally got around to watching it,and I agree with the top critics’ positive opinions on this one. It was an excellent film.

Emma Stone should be a comedian because she was hysterical in this movie. Her and good ole Amanda Bynes really brought some good drama and comedy.
